Option 1: Performing a Clean Installation of Windows 11 Pro
Please proceed with this when you are currently using an older Windows version than Windows 11 or a PC without an operating system.
1. Preparing Your Device
Before installation, make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements:
- Processor: 1 GHz or faster, 2 or more cores, 64-bit compatible
- RAM: 4 GB
- Storage: 64 GB minimum
- System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot
- TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
- Graphics: DirectX 12 compatible with WDDM 2.0
- Display: 720p, over 9” diagonally

2. Download Windows 11 Pro

5. Perform a Clean Installation
- Insert the bootable USB or DVD into your PC
- Restart and boot from the installation media
- Select your language, time, and keyboard preferences

- Enter the Windows 11 Pro product key
- Choose installation type: Custom: Install Windows only (Advanced)
- Remove all partitions and create a new one
- Proceed with the installation
After a few restarts and setup steps, your Windows 11 Pro system will be ready to use.
Option 2: Upgrading from Windows 11 Home to Pro
Please proceed with this when you are currently using Windows 11 Home and want to upgrade to Pro.
1. Open the Upgrade Tool
- Press Windows key + R
- Type: slui.exe and press Enter
2. Enter the Windows 11 Pro Product Key
If the product key isn’t accepted, apply this default key to trigger the upgrade process:

Once done, your system will begin switching to Windows 11 Pro.
3. Finish the Upgrade
- Go to Settings → System → About → Change product key
- Enter your Windows 11 Pro key
- Save your work and close all applications
- Allow the upgrade to proceed — your PC may restart several times
The upgrade typically takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on your system.
Once completed, you will be prompted to finalize privacy settings and user preferences. You can change these later as needed.
