Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. Digital products can only be returned after you have signed a Non-Use Declaration related to the purchased product. Any digital product that has been installed and/or activated is not eligible for a refund. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):- Any item not in its original condition, is used, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Exchanges (If Applicable)

If, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you decide that you no longer need the purchased product, you are eligible for a full refund of your order. Please follow these steps: Note: Products which have already been used are not subject to return.- Send us a request for a refund with the information about your order (e.g., order number, phone number, screenshot of the invoice). - After we receive your request and track your order, we will issue a Non-Use Declaration Form, which will be filled with your personal and order information.
- After receiving the Non-Use Declaration, we will process your return and refund the product within 48 hours.
