If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. Digital products can only be returned after you have signed a Non-Use Declaration related to the purchased product. Any digital product that has been installed and\/or activated is not eligible for a refund.
